Account
Click *Get Started* on our website and complete a quick sign-up form with your name, email, phone number, and password. You’ll need to review and agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Telehealth Consent before you finish. Once done, you’ll get a welcome email, and your account will be created.
You can update your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and password from your account settings in the Patient Portal. Some changes — like updating your shipping address — won’t apply to orders that have already been processed or shipped. If you need help making a change you don’t see in your settings, send a message through the Patient Portal, email hello@sexymd.com, or call 800-4SEXYMD.
Click *Forgot Password* on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it using the email tied to your account. You’ll get a reset link within a few minutes — check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If the reset email still doesn’t arrive or you’re having trouble logging in, email hello@sexymd.com or call 800-4SEXYMD and our team will help you back in.

We’ll continue to safeguard that information under our Privacy Policy and applicable law. If you have a right under your state’s privacy law to request deletion of specific personal information, our team will walk you through what’s available.
