We accept all major credit and debit cards. Depending on the treatment or subscription selected, additional payment options may also be available at checkout, including installment plans (such as Klarna or Affirm), eligible HSA/FSA cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Available payment methods may vary and will be displayed during checkout.
You’re charged at the time of order submission. Your order won’t move into clinical review until your payment has been successfully processed. If your treatment isn’t approved by a licensed provider, a refund is issued according to our Refund Policy.
Some Sexy MD treatments are offered as ongoing subscriptions so you don’t have to re-order each time your prescription is finishing. With a subscription, your card is charged on a regular schedule that matches your treatment plan — for example, monthly or every three months — and your next shipment is automatically prepared once a provider has reviewed and approved your refill. You can update or cancel your subscription anytime in the Patient Portal before your next billing date. Charges already processed for shipped orders are non-refundable per our refund policy.
Yes. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as SexyMD or a similar billing descriptor associated with our company. Your statement will not include details about the specific products or services you purchased.
Yes. SexyMD doesn’t store your full payment card details on our servers. Card information is handled by PCI-compliant payment processors that encrypt your data during checkout and storage. We use the same security infrastructure as major e-commerce platforms, so your payment information is protected to the same industry standards.
Refunds are limited due to the clinical nature of our services and prescription medications.
Refunds may be issued in specific situations, including:
• Approved cancellations made before clinical review begins
• Medication that is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled
• Orders that have not shipped within 7 business days after prescription approval without resolution
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Orders where clinical review has begun
• Approved prescriptions that have entered fulfillment
• Change of mind after order submission
• Dissatisfaction with results
• Failure to follow provided instructions
• Expected or mild side effects
Cancellation requests may be considered if they are submitted immediately after checkout and before clinical review has begun, before a licensed provider has reviewed or approved the order, and before the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. If an eligible order is canceled during that window, a $99 cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and clinical processing costs. Once any of those steps have occurred — including provider review or pharmacy submission — the order can no longer be canceled and any refunds will be subject to our Refund Policy.
